Krvavice (Blood Sausages)

Traditional blood sausages made from pork, buckwheat or rice, and spices, typically pan-fried.

Ingredients

• 4 fresh krvavice sausages
• Sauerkraut (kiselo zelje) for serving
• Boiled or roasted potatoes

Instructions

1. Pan-fry the sausages on low heat until the skin is crispy and the inside is hot.
2. Serve with warm sauerkraut and boiled potatoes.
