- potatoes, mashed
- flour
- cream
- butter
- sugar and cinnamon for topping
Instructions
- Mix mashed potatoes with cream and butter
- Stir in flour to a dough
- Roll out extremely thin circles
- Cook on a dry griddle until bubbly and spotted
- Fold and keep warm
