Lokše (Potato Flatbread)

Traditional thin potato pancakes, similar to tortillas, usually served with duck or goose fat.

Ingredients

• boiled potatoes
• flour
• salt
• melted fat (duck or goose)

Instructions

1. Grate boiled potatoes and mix with flour to form dough
2. Roll into thin circles
3. Dry fry on a hot pan
4. Brush with fat while still hot
