Lorne Sausage Roll

A breakfast favorite: a square slice of Lorne sausage served in a morning roll.

Ingredients

• 1 slice Lorne sausage (square sausage)
• 1 soft morning roll
• Salted butter
• Brown sauce

Instructions

1. Fry the lorne sausage until cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
2. Split and butter the roll.
3. Place the sausage inside and add a dash of brown sauce.
