- Beef jerky (charque), rice, urucú (achiote) for color, onions, bell peppers, eggs, plantains.
Instructions
- 1. Boil and shred the jerky. 2. Sauté with onions, peppers, and achiote. 3. Add rice and water, cooking until the rice is tender. 4. Fry eggs and plantains separately. 5. Serve the rice topped with a fried egg and plantain slices.
