Malawah with Honey

The sweet version of Yemeni flaky bread, layered with plenty of samn (ghee) and drizzled with rich Yemeni Sidr honey.

Ingredients

• 1 fresh Malawah bread
• 3 tbsp Yemeni honey
• 1 tbsp clarified butter (samn)
• Black cumin seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare Malawah as per standard recipe.
2. While hot, brush with extra samn.
3. Drizzle generously with honey.
4. Sprinkle with black cumin seeds and serve immediately.
