A traditional lowland snack made by pounding fried plantains with crispy jerky or cracklings.

Ingredients
- Fried plantains, crispy jerky (charque) or cracklings (chicharrón).
Instructions
- 1. Fry plantain slices until soft. 2. In a mortar (tacú), pound the plantains together with the crispy meat until well mixed. 3. Shape into balls and serve.
