Ingredients

500g flour, 150g honey, 150g sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking soda, spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger), icing: egg white and powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Mix all dough ingredients and let rest (ideally overnight). 2. Roll out and cut into shapes (hearts, stars). 3. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. 4. Once cool, decorate with a stiff icing made of egg white and sugar.
