Ingredients

• Pig or lamb lungs and heart
• Stale bread, eggs, sour cream
• Onion, garlic, spices

Instructions

1. Boil the innards.
2. Chop finely and mix with soaked bread.
3. Add eggs and cream.
4. Bake in a pan until golden.
