Grilled skinless sausages made from a spiced mixture of beef and pork.

Ingredients

• ground pork, ground beef, baking soda, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, mustard, bread rolls

Instructions

1. Mix meat with spices and baking soda
2. Shape into small cylinders
3. Grill over high heat
4. Serve in a bread roll with mustard
