Instructions

  1. Wrap salted egg yolk inside the sweet paste. Wrap the paste inside a thin layer of crust dough.
  2. Press into decorative mooncake molds.
  3. Bake, brushing with egg wash for a golden shine.
  4. Wait 2 days for the crust to soften (oil return) before eating.
