4 Moreton Bay Bugs (halved lengthwise) 100g butter, softened 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh parsley and lemon

Instructions

1. Mix garlic and parsley into the butter. 2. Place the bugs flesh-side up on a grill or under a broiler. 3. Spread the garlic butter over the meat. 4. Grill for 5-8 minutes until the meat is white and the butter is bubbling. 5. Serve immediately.
