Enormous corn masa tamales filled with pork or chicken, rice, and vegetables, wrapped in banana leaves.

Ingredients

• corn masa, pork or chicken, rice, potato, tomato, onion, prunes, olives, raisins, banana leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare spiced masa
2. Place meat and extras inside
3. Wrap tightly in banana leaves
4. Steam for several hours
