Ingredients
- 3 cups jasmine rice 2 cups coconut milk 1 cup water 2 stalks lemongrass 3 cloves 1 cinnamon stick 2 pandan leaves
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a rice cooker. 2. Cook until rice is tender and coconut milk is absorbed. 3. Fluff the rice and remove the whole spices. 4. Serve with fried chicken, omelette strips, and sambal peanut sauce.
