Vanilla ice cream base, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp golden syrup, 1 tsp baking soda (for the hokey pokey)

Instructions

1. Melt sugar and syrup. 2. Add soda to make it puff up. 3. Let cool and break into bits. 4. Fold into soft vanilla ice cream and freeze.
