Wheat noodles, boiled lamb or beef (traditionally horse), cumin, black pepper, small bowl of clear broth

Instructions

Boil meat until very tender. Prepare thin noodle sheets, boil, and cut into extremely fine threads. Shred the meat just as finely. Mix meat and noodles with plenty of cumin and pepper. Serve with a side of hot broth.
