A traditional yeast-dough roll filled with a rich, sweet walnut paste.

• Yeast dough
• Filling: 500g ground walnuts, sugar, milk, cinnamon, lemon zest

Instructions

1. Roll out yeast dough into a thin rectangle.
2. Spread the walnut filling.
3. Roll up tightly and bake until golden brown.
