Ingredients

• Laminated croissant dough, dark chocolate batons

Instructions

1. Roll out dough to 4mm. Cut into rectangles.
2. Place chocolate and roll to close. Proof 2 hours.
3. Brush with egg and bake at 190°C until golden.
