Svenska Pannkakor (Swedish Pancakes)

Thin, crepe-like pancakes, traditionally served with strawberry jam and whipped cream.

Ingredients

• eggs
• milk
• flour
• melted butter
• pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Whisk eggs and half the milk.
2. Whisk in flour until smooth, then remaining milk and butter.
3. Fry thin pancakes in a buttered pan.
4. Serve rolled or folded with jam and cream.
