Paprikaš (Bosnian Potato Stew)

A hearty potato and meat stew seasoned with plenty of paprika, a shared classic in the Balkans.

Cuisine: Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ingredients

• 600g potatoes, 300g beef or veal
• 2 tbsp paprika, 1 onion, garlic

Instructions

1. Sauté meat and onions. Add paprika and potatoes.
2. Cover with water and simmer until tender.
