Parlenka (Flatbread)

Traditional Bulgarian flatbread grilled over an open flame, often flavored with garlic or cheese.

Ingredients

• 500g flour
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp yeast
• Garlic butter or sirene cheese for topping

Instructions

1. Make a simple yeast dough and let it rise.
2. Divide into small balls and flatten into discs.
3. Grill on both sides until browned.
4. Brush with garlic butter while hot.
