Peanut Ice Cream Roll
A thin crepe filled with peanut brittle shavings, scoops of ice cream, and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
- popiah crepe, peanut brittle block (shaved), taro or pineapple ice cream, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Spread a thick layer of shaved peanut brittle on a crepe. Add three scoops of ice cream. Top with fresh cilantro. Roll up like a burrito.
