  1. Press dough into a greased rectangular pan.
  2. Simmer crushed tomatoes with garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden and sauce is slightly thickened.
  5. Sprinkle with Pecorino Romano cheese after baking, if desired.
  6. Let cool slightly before cutting.
