A savory hash of finely diced potatoes and ground meat, seasoned with achiote.

Ingredients
- potatoes, ground beef or pork, onion, bell pepper, garlic, achiote, cilantro, salt
Instructions
- Finely dice potatoes
- Brown meat with aromatics
- Add potatoes and a little water
- Simmer until tender
- Serve with tortillas
