Ingredients

• pork feet and ears (for gelatin), garlic, carrots, onions, bay leaves

Instructions

1. Boil pork parts until the meat falls off
2. Strain the broth
3. Add plenty of garlic
4. Pour into molds over the meat
5. Chill until set
