• cabbage, carrots, shallots, scotch bonnet peppers, lime juice, white vinegar, peppercorns

Instructions

1. Shred cabbage and carrots
2. Thinly slice peppers
3. Pack into a jar
4. Cover with vinegar and lime juice
5. Let sit for 3+ days
