• Veal steaks
• Njeguški pršut
• Kajmak or cheese
• Breadcrumbs, eggs
• Oil

Instructions

1. Pound veal very thin.
2. Stuff with pršut and kajmak.
3. Roll and secure.
4. Bread and deep fry.
5. Serve with tartar sauce.
