Ingredients

1 lb reindeer fillet, butter, thyme, garlic. Sauce: 1/2 cup crowberries or blueberries, 1/2 cup red wine, 1 tbsp honey.

Instructions

Sear meat in butter with herbs until medium-rare. Let rest. Reduce wine and berries with honey to make a thick sauce. Slice fillet and serve.
