Purodasa (Sacred Rice Cake)
A ritual rice cake prepared for Vedic fire sacrifices (Yajna).

Ingredients
- broken rice or rice flour, water, ghee
Instructions
- Grind rice into a coarse flour. Mix with water to form a firm dough. Shape into rounds. Traditionally baked over the embers of a sacred fire or in a heavy covered pot until firm and slightly browned.
