Reviro

A simple rural dish made of flour and water "fried" and broken into small, golden crumbs. Often called the "bread of the worker."

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix flour, salt, and water to make a sticky dough. 2. Heat lard in a large heavy pan. 3. Place the whole mass of dough in the pan. 4. As it fries, use a wooden spoon to continuously "break" and chop the dough into small pieces. 5. Continue until you have golden, uneven crumbs.
