Ričet (Barley Stew)

A traditional pot dish made of pot barley, beans, potatoes, and smoked pork.

Ingredients

• Barley
• Beans
• Potatoes, carrots, leeks
• Smoked meat

Instructions

1. Soak barley and beans.
2. Cook together with smoked meat and vegetables.
3. Simmer until everything is soft.
4. Remove meat, slice, and return to pot.
