Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. This cake requires a special rotating spit over an open fire or heat source. 2. A thick batter is slowly dripped onto the rotating spit. 3. As the spit rotates, the batter drips and hardens, creating the characteristic "branches" or "spikes". 4. The process takes several hours until the cake is large and golden. 5. Once cooled, the hollow center is removed from the spit.
