Instructions

1. Grill the sausage over medium heat until cooked through and slightly charred. 2. Sauté the onions on the griddle until soft and caramelized. 3. Place the bread slice diagonally. 4. Lay the hot sausage in the center of the bread. 5. Top with a generous amount of grilled onions. 6. Drizzle with tomato sauce and fold the bread around the sausage.
