Sękacz (Spit Cake)
A traditional Polish-Lithuanian spit cake made of many layers of batter painted on a rotating spit.

Ingredients
- 40-50 eggs
- 1kg butter
- 1kg sugar
- 1kg flour
- Cream, lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar and butter.
- Gradually add flour and cream.
- Drip batter onto a rotating spit over a heat source.
- The dripping batter forms characteristic "icicles".
- Bake until golden brown and layered.
