Shahi Adeni (Adeni Tea)
A rich and creamy milk tea from the port of Aden, brewed with spices and condensed milk for a sweet and warming drink.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp loose leaf black tea
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cardamom pods, 2 cloves, small piece of ginger
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Boil water with spices for 5 minutes to extract flavor.
- Add tea leaves and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in the evaporated milk and add sugar.
- Bring to a boil until the tea reaches a deep, creamy color.
- Strain and serve hot.
