Traditional Persian fruit syrup drinks, made from various fruits, flowers, or herbs, diluted with water and served ice cold - a centuries-old refreshment.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fruit syrup (sour cherry, pomegranate, or orange blossom)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint for garnish
- Lime slices (optional)
Instructions
- Pour fruit syrup into a large pitcher.
- Add cold water and stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately in tall glasses.
