Shuzhuk (Meat Sausage)

Similar to Kazy but made with ground meat and typically smaller, this sausage is a staple of the Kazakh cold appetizer platter.

Ingredients

• 1 kg Lamb or Beef, 300g Fat, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, casings.

Instructions

1. 1. Finely chop or grind meat and fat. 2. Mix with seasonings. 3. Stuff into casings. 4. Boil or smoke until cooked through.
