A hearty plate from Cochabamba consisting of a giant, thin breaded beef cutlet served over rice and potatoes, topped with a fried egg and fresh salsa.

Ingredients
- Thin beef steaks, breadcrumbs, white rice, sliced potatoes (fried), eggs, salsa (tomatoes, onions, locoto), plantains (optional).
Instructions
- 1. Pound the beef steaks with breadcrumbs until very thin and large. 2. Fry the steaks until crispy. 3. Prepare white rice and fry the potato slices. 4. Layer rice and potatoes on a plate. 5. Place the steak on top and crown with a fried egg. 6. Finish with fresh tomato and onion salsa.
