Hard cubes of local sheep or cow cheese preserved in a jar of extra virgin olive oil with herbs.

• Hard white cheese
• Olive oil
• Rosemary, peppercorns

Instructions

1. Cube the cheese.
2. Place in a jar with herbs.
3. Cover with oil and let sit for weeks.
