Bergen-style cinnamon rolls, large and flat with plenty of sugar and cinnamon.

- sweet yeast dough
- butter
- cinnamon and sugar
Instructions
- Roll out dough, spread with butter/sugar/cinnamon
- Roll up and slice
- Let rise and bake
- Top with extra sugar
