A small log of minced meat wrapped in a thin slice of bacon, a classic Dutch butcher specialty.

Ingredients

• Minced pork and beef
• Bacon slices
• Nutmeg
• Butter

Instructions

1. Season minced meat and form small rolls
2. Wrap tightly in bacon
3. Fry in butter until bacon is crispy and meat is cooked through
4. Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables
