Smoked Snoek Pâté

A creamy, smoky fish spread made with flaked snoek and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

• 250g smoked snoek, flaked 100g cream cheese 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp cream Fresh dill and black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Remove all bones from the fish. 2. Blend all ingredients until smooth but still textured. 3. Chill and serve with rye bread.
