A traditional soup from Trøndelag with mutton, beef, and small meatballs in a clear broth.

Ingredients

• mutton and beef cubes
• sodd meatballs
• carrots
• potatoes
• clear meat broth

Instructions

1. Boil meat until tender in stock
2. Add diced carrots and potatoes
3. Add meatballs last
4. Serve with thin flatbread (skjenning)
