Ingredients

4 beef slices (top round)
1-2 hard-boiled eggs
2 dill pickles, 1 onion
Bacon strips, Frankfurters/sausage
Mustard, flour
Beef stock

Instructions

Pound beef thin, spread with mustard.
Place egg quarters, pickle, bacon, and sausage on each slice.
Roll up and secure with string or toothpicks.
