St. Galler Bratwurst

The most famous Swiss sausage, white and made from veal and milk, traditionally eaten without mustard.

Ingredients

• St. Galler Bratwurst
• Bürli (bread roll)

Instructions

1. Grill the sausage until golden brown and hot
2. Serve with a fresh Bürli
3. Do NOT use mustard—it is considered an insult to the butcher!
