• Turkish sucuk
• Turkish bread
• Tomatoes, green peppers

Instructions

1. Slice sucuk thinly
2. Grill until the fat melts and edges are crisp
3. Toast bread on the grill in the sausage oil
4. Serve hot in bread with grilled veggies
