- Intestine casings
- Filling: Dangmyeon (glass noodles), pig's blood, glutinous rice, garlic, ginger, salt
- Salt-pepper-chili mix for dipping
Instructions
- Clean casings thoroughly.
- Mix filling ingredients.
- Stuff the casings, leaving room for expansion.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve with steamed liver or lungs and dipping salt.
