A "casserole" version of the traditional tamale, baked in a pot without wrapping.

Ingredients

• corn masa, chicken or pork, olives, capers, raisins, prunes, tomato sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare masa and spiced meat filling
2. Mix together in a baking dish
3. Bake until set
