Ingredients

• breadfruit or plantains, okra, fish or meat, scotch bonnet, garlic

Instructions

1. Boil breadfruit until soft
2. Mash in a mortar (pilon) until sticky and smooth
3. Serve with a slippery okra stew (sos kalalou)
