Thick, hand-formed corn tortillas mixed with cheese.

Ingredients

• corn masa, crumbled white cheese, salt, water

Instructions

1. Mix masa with plenty of cheese
2. Form thick tortillas
3. Cook on a griddle until charred and the cheese is melty
